Performance Training for J.O. Level volleyball players

Three distinct, but complementary volleyball specific programs, designed to maximize a player's performance.  

Each program runs December through March


Speed & quickness

Designed to specifically enhance on-court explosiveness and reaction.  

Our staff will use hands on coaching to improve all of the movements and movement combinations the athlete will utilize in volleyball.  

Limited to 15 players.  MWF 4:00pm - 4:30pm or 4:30pm - 5:00pm.  

$140 - Ignite J.O. Players/ $160 - Non Ignite J.O. Players


Jump Training

Verticality is an important component of volleyball, and the sole purpose of this program is to improve that very component.  Here the athlete will perform a combination of appropriate exercises, movement drills, and jumping mechanics to increase every type of vertical jump that volleyball demands.  

Limited to 15 players.  Tuesday & Thursday 4:00pm - 4:30pm or 4:30pm - 5:00pm  

$100-Ignite J.O. Players/ $115 - Non Ignite J.O. Players


Strength & power training

Designed specifically for female volleyball athletes.  Each athlete will receive an individualized plan.  Athletes will become more resilient to injury and increase power endurance.  Session open Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 6:00pm & Saturday 9:00am - 11:00am.

Each participating athlete will receive up to three sessions per week during the offer period.

$100 - Ignite J.O. Players/ $150 - Non Ignite J.O. Players


To qualify for "Ignite J.O." discount, player must be rostered for 2017 - 2018.
