Performance Training for J.O. Level volleyball players
Verticality is an important component of volleyball, and the sole purpose of this program is to improve that very component. Here the athlete will perform a combination of appropriate exercises, movement drills, and jumping mechanics to increase every type of vertical jump that volleyball demands.
Limited to 15 players.
Tuesday & Thursday 4:00pm - 4:30pm or 4:30pm - 5:00pm
April through May
$50 per player
