JUMP TRAINING

Verticality is an important component of volleyball, and this program will improve that very component. Here the athlete will preform a combination of appropriate exercises, movement drills, and jumping mechanics to increase every type of vertical jump that volleyball demands. 

Agility & Power

This component of the program is designed to specifically enhance on-court explosiveness and reaction. Our trainers will use hands-on instructing to improve all of the movement combinations the athletes will utilize in volleyball.
