Off season training for middle school football players


speed & agility

The first half of each session will focus on developing faster on-field speed and agility.  The sessions will begin with more general exercises and drills, and progress to position specific movements as the weeks go on.

strength & power development

The second half of each session will shift focus to gaining strength and increasing power production.  This portion of each session will begin with more basic exercises and lower volume in the earlier weeks, and to shift to more advanced ones with a little bit more volume towards the end.  All exercises will be thoroughly taught, and then coached intently in order to develop proper techniques and ensure that progress is made.

  • Eight Weekly Sessions: Sundays ending May 13th
