Over time, the interest in an Adult Performance Program of some type has grown exponentially. In response to that interest, The Edge Sports Performance Training Center has developed a comprehensive program that addresses the specific needs of this group. Whether your goal is weight loss, improving cardiovascular health, increasing strength or flexibility, or just getting a great workout in a few times a week, this is suited for you.

This program is unique in design and not intended to fit under any existing umbrella you may know of. It uses a combination of bodyweight exercises, bands, medicine balls, machines, free weights, interval variations, foam rolling and more to ensure results while allowing for variety. Some may liken the workouts to cross training or boot camp style, but they are much more than that. Just as with the programs designed for our athletes, the aim is to garner the results you’re looking for through a Prudent, Productive, Practical and Purposeful approach.

This program is lead by our Head Trainer, Brian White. 

Program times

Sundays 6:00-7:00 pm and Thursdays 5:00-6:00pm

Program begins February 18th and ends on March 29th
